Key Responsibilities
Academy Swimming – Elite-Level Oversight
- Design and handle a high-performance coaching curriculum for year-round Academy athletes
- Develop personalised athlete improvement plans together with technical, power, psychological, and tactical elements
- Build a aggressive meet calendar aligned with nationwide qualifying requirements (Futures, Juniors, Trials, and many others.)
