Girls’s Swimming- Graduate Assistant in Pembroke, NC for UNCP Athletics

Primary Responsibilities •Assist with planning and conducting day by day practices, exercises, and competitions •Provide technical instruction and stroke improvement throughout all occasions •Support recruiting efforts (e mail communication, evaluations, visits) •Assist with meet operations, entries, and journey logistics •Monitor and assist student-athlete tutorial progress •Help coordinate dryland and power & conditioning applications •Assist with social media, advertising, and program promotion •Ensure compliance with NCAA, Conference Carolinas, and college insurance policies •Support crew tradition, management improvement, and group engagement

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s diploma
• Competitive swimming expertise (collegiate most well-liked)
• Strong data of swimming method and coaching rules
• Excellent communication, group, and management abilities
• Acceptance right into a UNCP graduate program

Preferred:

• Coaching expertise at membership, highschool, or collegiate degree
• Knowledge of NCAA guidelines and recruiting course of
• Experience with video evaluation or efficiency monitoring instruments
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to acquire)
