Description of Beach

Located on South Emerson Avenue in Montauk subsequent to the IGA. Beach Hours

• Beach open year-round
• Rest rooms – open mid-May via mid-October
• Beach Parking- Available is an 8-hour parking session @ $35. Please scan QR code, textual content to pay or name as per directions on posted indicators. Or park with a sound Town of East Hampton parking allow.
• Lifeguard protected ocean seashore – Kirk Park Beach is open for swimming from 9am-5pm when the lifeguards are on responsibility and inside the designated areas solely. (Most Town seashores open for swimming Memorial Day weekend, however solely on the weekends till mid-June. All lifeguarded seashores are then open full time, Sunday via Saturday, mid-June via Labor Day. After Labor Day, some seashores stay open for swimming for the 2 weekends following Labor Day.)

Beach Rules

• Swimming permitted solely when the lifeguards are on responsibility inside the designated areas
• Parking requires a Town of East Hampton parking allow
• Town of East Hampton Beach drive-on move required for vehicular seashore entry (designated areas solely)
• No automobiles are permitted on seashore between 10am-6pm from the Thursday earlier than Memorial Day to 9/15
• No unauthorized industrial exercise
• Beach and path utilization is “At Your Own Risk”
• Dogs ought to be controlled at all times and choose up after your canine
• No littering
• No tenting
• No smoking 500ft from protected swimming areas throughout lifeguarded hours
