HOT SPRINGS, Ark. (KATV) — Laughter, music and an entire lot of curiosity crammed Hot Springs as households gathered for a style of Japan on the Arkansas Cherry Blossom Festival.
The free, family-friendly occasion was held on the Hot Springs Convention Center and drew guests from throughout the area.
