If you want to be reimbursed for iSchool-related worldwide journey, a Travel Authorization Request will need to have been obtained previous to the journey going down. If a Travel Authorization Request was not obtained, a reimbursement is not going to be processed. The FTS Travel Authorization Request for worldwide journey should be submitted 60 days previous to the journey date to non High Hazard areas, and 80 days previous to the journey date to High Hazard areas. Travel to High Hazardous Countries requires extra documentation and approval due to this, the Request for Financial Assistance for Travel Form for full-time school and employees or the Request for Financial Assistance for Travel Form for part-time school should be submitted as quickly as you’re conscious that the journey shall be going down. 

  1. Submit the Request for Financial Assistance for Travel Form for full-time school and employees or the Request for Financial Assistance for Travel Form for part-time school.
  2. If the journey is to a rustic listed on the High Hazardous Countries listing, the Administrative Analyst will work on getting the extra varieties accomplished and permitted.
