Assistant Coach, Swimming & Diving in Cleveland, OH for Cleveland State University

Works with the top coach in all aspects of the Men’s and Women’s Swim and Dive program to make sure a high quality and profitable Division I crew. Responsible for scouting, recruiting coordination, neighborhood relations, scheduling, tutorial supervision, gear administration, camps and clinics.

Minimum Qualifications:
-High college diploma, GED or state acknowledged equal.
-Experience teaching swimming at the highschool, collegiate or equal stage.
-Ability to journey and work night and weekend hours as required.
-Valid driver’s license and talent to ascertain and keep driver eligibility underneath CSU’s -Driving and Motor Vehicle Policy.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s diploma ideally in sports activities administration or associated subject.
-Two (2) years expertise teaching collegiate swimming.
-Progressively accountable expertise in apply and sport day teaching, recruiting, scheduling, tutorial help and camps/clinics.
