Four Cyclones Earn CSC Academic All-District Honors

AMES, Iowa – Four members of the Iowa State swimming and diving staff have earned College Sports Communicators Academic All-District honors for the 2025-26 season. Ally Blumenfeld, Abbi Crum, Corinne Guist, and Kate Mitchell every obtained the popularity.

The CSC Academic All-District acknowledges the nation’s high student-athletes for his or her mixed performances within the pool and within the classroom. Student-athletes will need to have a 3.5 cumulative GPA and the correct athletic accomplishments to make the poll.

Blumenfeld competed in the entire Cyclones’ regular-season meets and scored a lifetime-best 231.75 on platform on the Big 12 Duals in Houston. She certified for finals on the Big 12 Championships in each the 3-meter and platform occasions and went on to compete on the NCAA Zone Diving Championships to shut out her senior season.

Crum recorded 4 personal-best instances this season within the 100 breast, 200 breast, 200 IM and 400 IM, all coming on the Big 12 Championships. She competed in each common season meet, offering consistency for the Cyclones all year long.

Guist swam a personal-best time of 51.99 within the 100 freestyle on the Big 12 Championships and competed in each regular-season meet in the course of the 2025-26 season, offering depth throughout freestyle occasions for the Cyclones.

Mitchell recorded personal-best scores in all three diving occasions in her ultimate season as a Cyclone, with a 291.00 on 1-meter, 321.08 on 3-meter and 254.45 on platform. She certified for finals in all three occasions on the Big 12 Championships and superior to the NCAA Zone Diving Championships in every occasion.
