Baker McKenzie advises Asmodee on the acquisition of ATM Gaming | Newsroom

Baker McKenzie suggested Asmodee Group AB (publ) on the acquisition of ATM Gaming SAS, a French writer of board video games. ATM Gaming is notably identified for its hit titles equivalent to Speed Bac/Quickstop, Mouton Mouton and Pili Pili.

This acquisition strengthens Asmodee’s world positioning in social video games, the fastest-growing class within the board video games market, and is predicted to contribute to Asmodee Group’s natural progress whereas bettering its margins.

The enterprise worth for the transaction quantities to EUR 180 million of which EUR 120 million is to be paid in money along with EUR 30 million in Asmodee class B shares issued at closing, and EUR 30 million as a deferred cost to be paid in money in June 2027. An extra performance-based earn-out of as much as EUR 70 million could also be payable in newly issued class B shares.
