– Coordinate and handle all features of place/positions task as directed by the Head Coach.
– Performs planning, group and execution for teaching (instruction/schooling) duties as described and assigned by the Head Coach for all conferences, apply periods and competitions
– Function in recreation day group and assignments as prescribed by the Head Coach.
– Evaluation of opponents and the event of a recreation plan for student-athlete instruction in accordance with place/positions task as prescribed by the Head Coach.
– Perform recruiting actions and tasks as assigned by the Head Coach and/or Swimming recruiting coordinator to satisfy the aims of the college and workforce, together with the analysis, contact, and establishing relationships with potential student-athletes and coaches.
– Attend all employees conferences as scheduled by the Head Coach.
– Assist within the growth of workforce guidelines and insurance policies.
– Responsible for supervision, instruction and path of student-athletes as assigned by the Head Coach.
– Support, abide and implement all educational tips and insurance policies of the college, athletics division and Swimming program to insure educational progress of the student-athlete as directed by the Head Coach.
– Support and work cooperatively with Sports Medicine/Athletic Training, Strength and Conditioning, Equipment, Student Development, Life Skills, NCAA Compliance, Media Relations and so forth. areas in accordance with division insurance policies and procedures.
– Assist with administrative features of the Swimming program as directed by the Head Coach.
– Perform duties with skilled conduct, being fiscally accountable and with a dedication to student-athlete well-being.
– Abide by all written insurance policies, procedures and tips of East Carolina University, the Department of Athletics, the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), and all relevant conferences or associations.
– Build high quality relationships and work collaboratively and professionally with athletics, Pirate Club and University employees, college students, and all constituencies and stakeholders.
– Be accessible to make appearances, carry out media interviews, talking engagements and help ECU Pirate Club actions representing the Swimming program and ECU athletics.
– Perform different duties as assigned by the Head Coach.
– Nights, weekends, holidays, prolonged hours, and journey are required within the efficiency of duties.

Qualifying levels have to be obtained from appropriately accredited establishments and conferred by the point of rent

Official transcript required inside 30 days of employment.
