City of Alexandria Celebrates 10 Years of RecFest: A Decade of Enjoyable, Neighborhood & Recreation

The City of Alexandria invitations you to mark a serious milestone, the tenth Anniversary of RecFest. Join us on Saturday, May 2, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Patrick Henry Recreation Center (4653 Taney Ave.) for a free, high-energy occasion for all ages, hosted by the Department of Recreation, Parks & Cultural Activities.
 

For a decade, RecFest has linked the neighborhood by energetic play, creativity, and shared experiences. This yr’s occasion celebrates these ten years with much more to see, do, and discover.
 

Discover the wide selection of recreation packages provided by the City, together with health, sports activities, arts, enrichment, nature packages, out-of-school time actions, and summer time camps. Meet instructors and employees, watch stay demonstrations, and join packages and camps on-site.
 

Expect a full day of pleasure that includes: 

• Interactive video games & hands-on actions
• Live music from a DJ
• Delicious meals
