Hi buddies,

Last month in this article I briefly talked about Patak’s garlic pickle, a new-to-me condiment that my good friend Sam launched me to (it’s so savory and just a little salty and in addition kind-of candy, because it has raisins and dates in it…actually nice!). I get pleasure from it on rice + eggs, any curry, or dolloped on avocado toast.

I obtained an e-mail from a reader named Kaitlyn asking if I’d ever “come up with a newsletter on sandwiches or other easy uses of delicious condiments” (“that would be delightful,” Kaitlyn stated).
