Boulden Earns 2026 Winter MVC State Farm Good Neighbor Award

ST. LOUIS, Mo.  –  Missouri Valley Conference Commissioner Jeff Jackson has named the 2026 Winter State Farm MVC Good Neighbor Award honorees for the 2026 Winter season.  

Senior Delaney Boulden was amongst 11 athletes nominated for the award. Boulden excelled in each the pool and the classroom, incomes a spot on the Illinois State University Athletics Honor Roll yearly of her profession and was named to the college’s dean’s record six instances in her 4 years as a nursing main at Illinois State. 

Boulden earned MVC honors within the classroom after being named to the MVC Honor Roll every year of her profession and earned the MVC Commissioner’s Academic Excellence Awards from 2023-26. 

The award highlights the student-athlete’s impression in their neighborhood, together with their efficiency within the classroom. Throughout the 2025-26 season, Boulden served her communities in Bloomington-Normal and her hometown neighborhood of Lee’s Summit. 

Boulden was one among 4 Redbirds to symbolize Illinois State on the CSCAA NIC Meet in Ocala, Fla., earlier this 12 months and can graduate with a level in nursing in May.
