Folk dancing

The Humboldt Folk Dancers invite the general public to an “International Folk Dance Party” Friday from 8 to 10:30 p.m. on the Redwood Raks World Dance Studio, 824 L St., Arcata.

Cookbook sale

Friends the Redwood Libraries will current a one-day sale of cookbooks on Friday from 10 a.m. to three:30 p.m. on the Eureka Library, 1313 Third St. The sale is open to everybody.

Grange pancakes
