Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Communications

• Build and ship newsletters utilizing Constant Contact

• Edit and format advertising and marketing collateral in Canva (flyers, occasion graphics, gentle branding updates)

• Upload and publish podcast episodes to platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and many others.)

• Coordinate visitor scheduling and outreach

Administrative & Operational Support

• Create and ship invoices; help with monitoring funds (expertise with QuickBooks is a plus)

• Maintain organized digital information, calendars, and process monitoring methods

• Track deadlines and proactively comply with up on excellent objects

Role Details

• Location: Philippines (distant)
