Women’s Golf Fights By means of Components on Second Day of NCAA Tallahassee Regional to Stay in eleventh

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) Vaqueros girls’s golf group fought via a number of stoppages resulting from heavy rainfall in second spherical of the NCAA Tallahassee Regional to stay in 11^thplace on Tuesday at Seminole Legacy Golf Club. 

The Vaqueros had been about 5 holes into their second spherical when storms rolled via the realm forcing everybody off the course. Later, heavy rains stopped play once more with water accumulating on the greens. The Vaqueros first group teed off at 8:55 a.m. (ET) with their final group ending round 7:30 p.m. (ET). 

 

The Vaqueros completed the day with a second spherical 337 because the sit in entrance of Little Rock by 4 strokes with a two-round complete of 638.

 

Sophomores Zoe Hobbs and Miriam Barcalova are tied for 53^rd with a two-round complete of 158. Hobbs carded a second spherical 85 whereas Barcalova posted a second spherical 81. 

 

Sophomore Pitchayapa Pungpho is tied for 56^th with a two-round complete of 159 after a second spherical 84. Junior Natalia Rodriguez is in 62^nd with a two-round complete of 163 after a second spherical 87 and sophomore Kieli Saenz is in 66^th with a second spherical 87. 

 

No. 3 Florida stays within the lead via two rounds with a complete of 571 after a second spherical 288. ULM’s Johanna Sjursesn holds the person lead with a two-round complete of 136. 

 

The Vaqueros will wrap up the NCAA Tallahassee Regional on Wednesday with their first group teeing off at 8:55 a.m. (ET).
