Introducing: Seoul Photography Workshops

A couple of months in the past I shared my aspirations for the 12 months with all of you. I discussed taking pictures extra photographs within the Korean countryside (you may see a video of my final tour right here), engaged on an e-book with Kelly about making small printed tasks, and placing collectively a zine from a visit to Japan. All three are chugging alongside properly.

But at this time I wish to share with you the undertaking that has come the furthest this 12 months and one which I’m actually enthusiastic about: Seoul Photography Workshops.

Seoul Photography Workshops is a joint endeavor undertaken on my own and my good pal Jitse. Between the 2 of us we’ve developed a collection of multi-day workshops that mix guided metropolis exploration with considerate, hands-on pictures instruction. Seoul generally is a difficult metropolis (often in a enjoyable method!) and we’re attempting to assist extra photographers and photo-enthusiasts take pleasure in it.

Jitse is certainly one of Seoul’s best champions, and his ardour for what makes this metropolis so distinctive is instantly clear while you be a part of certainly one of his walking tours. Once we received speaking in regards to the sheer variety of hours we’ve put into strolling Seoul’s streets and photographing its hidden gems, it made excellent sense to mix our efforts and attempt to share this expertise with guests to our metropolis.
