Job Summary: The Assistant Coach aids within the growth and general technique of the assigned sport. Analyzes and interprets knowledge from the efficiency system to offer focused applications to enhance the efficiency of aggressive athletes. Evaluates, recruits, instructs, supervises, disciplines, and coaches student-athletes to arrange them to compete efficiently in opposition to main faculty competitors.

Additional Department Summary: Assists the Head Coach of Swimming and Diving with all features of this system, equivalent to observe competitors actions, participant talent growth, recruiting, directing and implementing plans for day by day practices and competitions, organizing and administering clinics, and extra. Assists with administrative duties inside the operation of this system.

Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s diploma and a few membership or intercollegiate teaching expertise in swimming.
