ASHA’s lodge reservation service will open on August 3, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., Eastern time. A preliminary record of the official lodges for the 2026 ASHA Convention in Indianapolis will probably be posted in April.

The 2026 ASHA Convention will probably be held on the Indiana Convention Center, 100 South Capitol Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana 46225. 

Shuttles

Complimentary shuttle service will probably be offered November 19–21 for attendees staying at ASHA lodges not in strolling distance of the conference heart. ADA-accessible shuttle service outfitted with a wheelchair raise will probably be obtainable for all ASHA lodges and any official ASHA occasion (i.e., ASHFoundation Fundraiser, ASHA PAC Reception, and many others.) for attendees with mobility points. Those who use scooters can sometimes benefit from the common shuttle service; shuttle employees will assist stow scooters. ASHA doesn’t present airport floor transportation.
