The National Lotteries and Gaming Regulatory Board (‘The Board’’) was established in 2016 underneath the Lotteries and Gaming Act Cap 334 with a mandate to oversee and regulate the institution, administration and operations of the lotteries, gaming, betting and casinos in Uganda, and to guard the residents from the hostile results of gaming and betting in Uganda.

Job objective

To present administrative help providers

Key duties and tasks

• Dispatch, ship, decide, and register, mail and paperwork to and from organizational stakeholders in accordance with the organizational coverage.
• Supervise the cleansing service supplier to make sure that workplace premises are all the time maintained clear.
• Ensure that assembly rooms are stored clear and sanitized earlier than and after conferences.
• Ensure the pantry is all the time organized and tidy.
• Prepare and serve tea to employees as per administrative preparations.
• Maintain an correct register for employees lunch.
• Ensure that kitchen home equipment are maintained in good working situation.
• Maintain a list of utensils and kitchen home equipment.
