2-year-old lady drowns in yard swimming pool in Hesperia

A 2-year-old Victorville lady died after being present in a swimming pool at a house in Hesperia on Sunday, authorities stated.

The incident was first reported about 6 p.m. May 24 within the 10300 block of Choiceana Avenue, San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department spokeswoman Gloria Orejel stated.

“The baby was pulled from the pool by family members, unconscious,” she stated. “CPR was done and the baby was transported to the hospital where she was pronounced deceased.”
