During the month of June, the Indiana State Department of Agriculture will settle for submissions for the nineteenth annual Indiana Agriculture Photo Contest. The contest is open to all Indiana residents and was created to acknowledge the onerous work and contributions of Hoosier farmers, in addition to the great thing about the state’s agricultural panorama.

Participants are inspired to submit photographs reflecting the big range of agriculture. The classes photographs could be entered beneath are:
- On the Farm: Showcasing any constructing, piece of kit or exercise that is part of life on an Indiana farm.
- Faces of Agriculture: Featuring those that develop and produce meals, gas and fiber in Indiana.
- Agritourism: Spotlighting Indiana’s seasonal and agricultural locations, akin to orchards, wineries and farmers markets.
- Conservation: Highlighting Indiana’s pure magnificence with landscapes, water and wildlife.
In complete, ten winners can be chosen: two from every class and two total. Winners can be invited to attend a particular ceremony on the Indiana State Fair, the place they are going to be acknowledged and obtain certificates from Lt. Gov. Beckwith and Indiana State Department of Agriculture Director Don Lamb. Contest winners may even have their images featured within the workplaces of the Lt. Governor’s Family of Business in Indianapolis all year long.

Contestants can submit as much as 5 photographs in digital format accommodated by a submission kind for every photograph. Photos can be evaluated primarily based on creativity, composition and class illustration. Entries should be submitted by 5 p.m. (ET) on June 30, 2026.
