Zaharieva acquired many scholarships and honors throughout her time at Humanitarian High School for each her tutorial and athletic excellence. She acquired athletic honors from the Ministry of Sports in addition to the Municipality of the town. Academically, she was awarded by the Ministry of Education. She additionally acquired the honour of Male and Female Athlete of the Year within the metropolis.
