SRQCon brings costumes, gaming and household enjoyable to Sarasota

SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) – Sarasota County Libraries and Historical Resources hosted SRQCon on Saturday at Selby Library, providing a free day of popular culture actions, gaming, workshops and family-friendly leisure.

The annual conference came about at Selby Library, in Sarasota and was open for all ages.

SRQCon featured a dressing up contest with prizes, hands-on workshops targeted on comics, drawing and writing, and themed fandom actions, together with a dressing up dance.
