Assists the pinnacle coach within the recruitment of perspective student-athletes in addition to game-day and observe preparation.

Effectively help in teaching a aggressive swim program in a fashion which promotes sportsmanship and integrity, making certain compliance with all NCAA, Northeast convention, and institutional guidelines and laws
Communicates successfully and sometimes with the pinnacle coach and the student-athletes 
Establish and preserve good private relationships with student-athletes and employees 
Assist in offering a supportive, encouraging, and difficult setting for the student-athletes 
Provide efficient and corrective biomechanical suggestions to the workforce, small teams, and people Ability to work weekdays – early mornings and/or early evenings, some weekends

Successful candidate will need to have a bachelor’s diploma and former swim teaching expertise at the highschool, membership, or NAIA degree.

Strong oral and written communication

Coaching philosophy and instructing ideas appropriate with the Head Coach and Athletic Department’s imaginative and prescient

Ability to develop and preserve optimistic {and professional} relationships with student-athletes and employees
