Allegiant – Team Member Travel Coordinator

Summary

The Team Member Travel Coordinator shall be chargeable for the processing of Allegiant crewmember journey wants for: short-term responsibility, constitution, coaching, and irregular operations journey lodging. Such lodging embody, however are usually not restricted to: resort, air, and floor transportation. Crew Travel Coordinators may even be chargeable for making certain all firm processes and procedures, and Collective Bargaining Agreements are adopted whereas preserving the Company’s price construction and core values. Minimum Requirements

Combination of Education and Experience shall be thought of. Must be licensed to work within the US as outlined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must move a Criminal Background Check.

Education:  High School Diploma/GED

•Proficient in Excel, MS Access, MS Outlook and MS Word.

Job Duties

•Utilize on-line reserving instrument to course of crewmember journey requests at the side of Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA).

•Knowledge of Crew member responsibility and relaxation necessities.

•Update journey particulars into the Crew Scheduling System.

•Manage and preserve vendor relationships through cellphone and e mail.

•Maintain service stage agreements inside firm requirements.

•Constant interplay with Crew Members through cellphone, e mail, and JIRA communication.

•Maintain skilled demeanor and show a excessive stage of customer support.

•Act as a liaison between all crewmembers and company administration together with Inflight, Flight Ops, Training Departments, and Crew Services.

•Effective communication and information recording for all transactions.

•Process inbound interline journey requests for Employee and Eligible Family Members.

•Complete listings for journey requested by different airways, distributors and award recipients.

•Answer inquiries from Employees and others through cellphone, fax, Allegiant Travel Center e mail account and in-person/full all requests inside a well timed method.

•Calculate appropriate fare and relevant taxes for all ATB tickets issued.

•Review, course of, and submit all relevant journey expense stories.

•Perform as SME of all areas of company journey. (Service Providers, Expense administration, CoBus, Travel Benefits).

•Train friends to deal with emergency/final minute outages: EPT, MyIDTravel, hurricane season operations.

•Assist with coaching of New Hires.

•Assist with Hotel RFP course of and resort account administration.

•Assist with interline agreements and MyIDTravel administration.

•Attend journey associated conferences, conferences and/or coaching as wanted.

•Model Allegiant’s customer support requirements in private actions and when offering course.

•Other duties as assigned.
