To have a good time our fortieth marriage ceremony anniversary. And my birthday and Father’s Day— all if that are in late june.

We went to a live performance in Bryant park for Juneteenth and that’s the place this picture is from.

A short stroll by way of Times Square introduced again recollections of how a lot charles, my baby in heaven, cherished it. And how a lot Richard didn’t. (Older baby)

I keep in mind after I took charles to nyc in center faculty throughout winter break. It snowed like mad and we couldn’t discover a journey to the airport or a lodge room. (We had checked out to go away the town and go house) A considerate doorman obtained us a cab (in some way) and we stayed at an airport lodge to catch a rescheduled flight. I used to be glad the lodge room had poor lighting as a result of i dont assume i needed to see the state of it. In reality I used to be afraid to step on the ground barefooted. I can snort about that journey now however on the time I used to be fearful. While charles had not a profession on the earth and cherished the journey.
