Baseball’s Harrison invited to USA Collegiate National Team Training Camp

AUSTIN, Texas — Texas Longhorns standout Luke Harrison will compete within the 2026 USA Baseball Collegiate National Team Training Camp this summer season.

Harrison joins fellow Longhorns Sam Cozart, Anthony Pack Jr. and Dylan Volantis to earn invites to the celebrated camp in 2026.

The 56-player subject will take part in three days of exhibition contests towards groups from the Appalachian League adopted by a five-game Stars vs. Stripes intrasquad sequence.

The College National Team, which can be named on July 5 after the conclusion of Training camp, will then take part within the inaugural World Collegiate Baseball Championship at Taichung City Intercontinental Baseball Stadium in Taichung City, Taiwan, from July 11-15.

USA Baseball will announce the complete Collegiate National Team and Training Camp roster at a later date.

Across his time on The Forty Acres, Harrison notched a 12-5 document with three saves and a 3.83 ERA.

The 6-foot-2, 220-pound left-hander totaled 214 strikeouts over 200 innings in 79 appearances, together with 33 begins.

In 2026, Harrison posted a 6-4 ledger and a 4.10 ERA in 83 1/3 frames, the second-most on the membership.

The graduate pupil eclipsed the century mark in punchouts, as Harrison teamed up with Ruger Riojas (120) and Volantis (135) to develop into the primary trio of Longhorns to document 100 strikeouts in a single season since 1988.
