ASAP! invitations the neighborhood to a free public exhibition celebrating the work of Connecticut highschool college students collaborating within the fourth annual Summer Photography Intensive.
The exhibition will happen Thursday, July 2, at 3 p.m. in The Silpe Gallery at Hartford Art School, University of Hartford in West Hartford.
The Summer Photography Intensive is a nine-day, immersive program that brings collectively highschool college students from throughout Connecticut to study analog and digital pictures, visible storytelling, and darkroom strategies whereas experiencing life on a school campus. Guided by skilled photographers and Hartford Art School school; Robert Calafiore and Sophia Singer, college students develop technical expertise, inventive confidence, and a portfolio of authentic work.
The culminating exhibition showcases every pupil’s pictures and celebrates their inventive development and accomplishments.
The public is inspired to attend and help Connecticut’s subsequent era.
