My traditional route is automotive in every single place. Grab bike on some days when it is faster to get to a location. For most Jakartans who commutes to work— that is what that have apparently is.

“IT TAKES ME 2 HOURS TO GET TO WORK WITH PUBLIC TRANSPORT EACH WAY” One of my group shared.

I couldnt imagine it. Then I attempted it going to workplace and residential with MRT and seeing the buses.

Walking to work within the AM is bearable, amidst that it’s important to get up manner earlier — leaving little time for gradual mornings. Pollution is tough on the nostril and your pores and skin, inflicting pimples. After work when it’s JAM packed too, you’re already drained and having to wrestle in with tje different commuters for house. Then you turn to Angkots or Busses. Then that takes , ready for folks, hours which are sparced far-off, and all crammed.

I think about going house actually late having to stroll between transfers and having no vitality left to even go to the health club or do dinners out. This actuality makes me think–

as a founder, ” How can I create a great workplace space for my employees when they come to work so that it brings them Joy when it may be their source of joy for the day?”

and in addition a motivation and harsh actuality verify. How I can care extra about giving journey stipends or different advantages for many who commute to work!
