San Joaquin County sheriff offers replace on Stockton mass capturing investigation

On Tuesday, Dec. 9, Sheriff Patrick Withrow offered the general public an replace on the Stockton mass capturing investigation.

The Stockton Record has gained 14 awards, together with three second-place honors in pictures and information classes, throughout a number of classes within the 2025 California Journalism Awards sponsored by the California News Publishers Association.
