July’s Photography and Art on the Rock flows with mild, colour, and the rhythm of water.

We are proud to characteristic Lisa Webskowski, an acrylic painter whose work is deeply impressed by the landscapes and wildlife of Minnesota’s North Shore alongside Lake Superior.

Boats, shoreline, wildlife, and open water steadily seem in Lisa’s work — reflecting each the area’s cultural heritage and the enduring great thing about its pure atmosphere. Across all topics, she follows one guideline: each piece accommodates water.

In her work, water is just not restricted to lakes or rivers. It could also be flowing, nonetheless, or frozen as snow. Even a moose deep within the forest or a winter bear is linked to the panorama by way of water.
