    Abstract

    Background: Sleep is a crucial regulator of metabolic and cardiovascular well being. Insufficient sleep is related to hostile well being behaviors and elevated cardiovascular threat in younger adults. Understanding sleep patterns and threat consciousness on this group is important for prevention. Methods: A nationally consultant cross-sectional survey was carried out amongst 9,874 final-year Polish secondary faculty college students.
