After 2.5 intense, academic and enjoyable years, first as group CEO of Dokland (previously Third Ear Studio) after which in a shared group CEO position at CoStudios group, I’m leaving my position because the board lately determined to separate the enterprise into two entities, with the smaller entity CoStudios retaining one CEO.

There is a lot to say concerning the journey, however crucial factor from my facet has already been stated to the groups and are price repeating: I’m extremely grateful for the chance to work with everybody at Dokland, Art&Bob and Breakable Films. A particular thanks to the staff at Dokland/ex TES in Sweden, Norway and Denmark (who most likely gained’t learn this trigger they don’t hang around on this platform 😄). My admiration and respect to your journalism and craftsmanship was the rationale I joined in early 2024 and the strongest motivation to maintain moving into all circumstances.

Needless to say I’m very pleased with the groups’ perseverance and the progress we have made through the years, not least that we managed to show round and hit these black numbers collectively as set out 🖤 I now want the board, Viktor, Mikael and the groups continued success and full velocity forward!

As for me, new initiatives in numerous contexts are ready after summer season.

Ps. These footage are from one in every of my most memorable days. Kick-off with the Dokland/ex TES staff within the Norwegian mountains. I genuinely advocate such a kick-off to any chief excited about the right way to begin recent with their staff this fall. Creativity and readability come by when issues decelerate. No want for juicy shows, fancy resorts or large kick-off budgets. There is extra energy in nature and stillness than meets the attention. 🍀
