From Whittier, CA. Attended Cypress High School, where she competed for both her high school and the McCormick Divers. She won the Orange County Youth Sports Foundations (OCYSF) Award and the Aquatic Capital of America (ACOA) Award. She was an All-State, All-Region and National All-American honoree. She plans to major in biology at Northwestern.
