Position abstract

NBS Latam is a dynamic and difficult place to work at. As a R2R Senior Associate, you’ll be liable for aiding the LATAM markets, with the intention to fulfill their wants concerning the Travel and Expenses reviews and audits administration wanting ahead to proactively fixing any points and figuring out alternatives for enchancment.

A day within the lifetime of…

Analyse paperwork concerning Travel and Expenses reviews.
Perform audits of Travel reviews and communication concerning T&E course of.
Cooperation and communication with stakeholders and in operational points concerning the method.
Technically help associated to Travel for inner, exterior and Global groups if wanted.
Lead and help enchancment initiatives by means of course of automation.
Ensure correct updates on Operating Guidelines and Operating Standards.

What will make you profitable

• Intermediate English
• Intermediate/Advanced Excel
• Concur data (fascinating)
• Experience in Accounting processes (Travel & Expenses audits/reviews/evaluation, and many others.)
• Development expertise in Power BI and PowerApp are a plus
