Of Town of Pendleton, NY, handed away on Friday, July 10, 2026.  She was born in Niagara Falls, NY, on January 12, 1985, the daughter of Paul H. (Terri Samuelson) Link and the late Kimberly J. (Poirier) Link.

 

Heather was a graduate of each Niagara Wheatfield and Niagara University. She was a 1st and third grade trainer at Starpoint CSD for the final 17 years.

 

Heather’s biggest pleasure in life was being a mother to Kaden and Kylah. They had been her coronary heart, her heart, and the explanation behind all the pieces she did. She was their greatest supporter, all the time there cheering them on by sports activities, actions, milestones, and on a regular basis moments.

 

To know Heather was to know her smile. She had a present for making others really feel completely satisfied, inspired, and beloved. She cherished time together with her household and buddies, and the friendships she constructed all through each a part of her life mirrored the heat, loyalty, and pleasure she dropped at these round her.

 

Heather lived life with vitality and positivity. She loved swimming, figuring out, and vacationing with household and buddies. 

 

As a trainer, she touched the lives of so many youngsters, providing not solely information but additionally kindness, encouragement, and the type of smile that made each pupil really feel seen.

Heather is survived by her devoted husband of 12 years, Anthony M. Raggi, whose unwavering love and assist carried her by each impediment she confronted appearing as her biggest advocate and supporter. She can be survived by her father, her beloved youngsters, Kaden and Kylah Raggi; her brother, Ryan (Jill) Link; her nieces, Avery and Ellie; her sister-in-law, Angela Raggi (Ben Clennon); her brother-in-law, Nathan Raggi; in addition to different cherished nephews, prolonged relations, and buddies.  

 

Her household shall be current on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 from 2-6 PM on the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME 5893 Hoover Road, SANBORN, NY, with Funeral Services to observe at 6:00 PM.

 

In lieu of flowers, memorials could also be made in her title to Niagara Hospice.
