Ke Kilohana Summer time Journey Packages Join Studying With The World

Ke Kilohana is Punahou’s place-based studying program that encourages college students to deepen their understanding of themselves, their communities and the world via inquiry, service and significant connections. Rooted in Hawai‘i, this system challenges college students to use their information and distinctive strengths in genuine ways in which contribute to the well-being of others.

This summer time, Punahou Academy college students returned from transformative Ke Kilohana summer time journey experiences in Bhutan, Thailand and the Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks, bringing house new views formed by cultural change, scientific inquiry and repair studying.

Each Ke Kilohana journey course combines pre-travel coursework on campus with immersive area experiences that join classroom studying to real-world functions.
