Ipswich Public Library declares first winners in youngsters’ Summer Photography/Art Contest

IPSWICH — The first winners have been introduced within the Ipswich Public Library Children’s Room’s annual Summer Photography/Art Contest, a monthlong inventive problem for native youngsters ages 6 to 13.

The theme for the opening week was “Animals: Wild and Tame.”

In the 6-to-9 age class, Adelaide Moon, 7, earned high honors for {a photograph} of two canines sitting obediently in a shaft of daylight.

In the 10-to-13 age class, Cooper Ford, 11, gained for his picture of a snake peeking out from beneath a deck.
