Florida Girls’s Diving Provides Juliana Giron

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Florida diving welcomes South American Champion Juliana Giron to the ladies’s swimming and diving 2026-27 roster.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Juliana to our team,” stated Florida Head Diving Coach Bryan Gillooly. “For such a young diver, she already brings a wealth of experience and an impressive skill set. Her talent, work ethic, and competitive background make her an excellent fit for our program, and we’re excited to see the impact she’ll have on our team.”

The Colombian diver has just lately competed in a number of springboard and platform occasions on the 2025 Pan American Aquatics Championships in Medellín. Looking forward to the following chapter of her profession, Giron shared, “I chose the University of Florida because it feels like home. I know this is the place where I’ll be challenged and supported, and where I’ll become the athlete I aspire to be.”
