Enjoyable with Ferns on Mt. Phillip

Join Maine Master Naturalist Deb Stahler to be taught concerning the wonders of ferns. This stroll will begin on the Mt. Phillip Lower Trailhead and can observe the connector path between the Upper and Lower trailheads. This space is moist, which ferns recognize, so costume appropriately. We will probably be on degree floor, and on board walks, and strolling pretty slowly to completely recognize the character round us. Ferns are a few of our oldest vascular crops and there are about 60 totally different species in Maine, and can encounter a number of frequent species on this stroll. Deb Stahler graduated from the Maine Master Naturalist Program in 2020 and has been main walks since then.

Parking

Meet on the Mt. Phillip Lower Trailhead on route 225, only a quarter mile south west of the Mt. Phillip Upper Trailhead.
