National DAV discusses closure of Goshen DAV bar and gaming operations

Gibson says he believes the closure is part of a larger trend:

“We imagine they need to shut down any DAV membership that has a bar gamble, and we’re the final one within the state of Indiana till we struggle this,” Gibson mentioned.
