We’re in Japan! 🇯🇵 Fun reality, Japan has 132,000 licensed actual property brokerages & nearly half a MILLION lively actual property brokers. I assume that is solely enjoyable for me hahah.

But if that sparked your curiosity, here is a bit of extra I’ve learnt in regards to the market.

Most of it’s run by small, native brokerages. Most property information sits throughout REINS (MLS equal), shopper portals, legacy software program, spreadsheets, telephones, and particular person agent relationships.

But the market itself is ENORMOUS.

To be trustworthy, Japan would not want one other property portal or one other ‘AI agent making an attempt to switch the agent’.
