‘Capturing genuine moments’

FITCHBURG — City resident Jeff Nicholson has been in his personal phrases pursuing pictures for the final couple of years, dedicating numerous hours to refining his craft and exploring the pure fantastic thing about Central Massachusetts.

While wildlife — particularly herons and different birds — has turn out to be a favourite topic, his ardour extends to “capturing authentic moments wherever they happen, from community events and local landscapes to portraits and everyday life.”

“Photography is about preserving moments that might otherwise go unnoticed and telling stories through a single frame,” the 40-year-old mentioned.

Nicholson has referred to as Fitchburg residence for 2 years and lives along with his girlfriend Catey, a metropolis native, and their blended household consists of 4 youngsters. He just lately captured a stupendous set of pictures of an ideal blue heron and Canada geese at scenic Coggshall Park in his hometown, a challenge that took loads of persistence.

“I had to go to the park for weeks on end to get them flying or spreading their wings,” Nicholson shared. “I sat with the heron for an hour and a half one night. Park closed, got in my car and sure enough, he flew away after that.”

He launched his personal pictures enterprise about six months in the past, JN Photography, which is withdrawing and could be adopted on Facebook and Instagram.
