HAMPTON, Va.– The Hampton Health District has issued a swimming advisory for Buckroe Beach South. Samples collected on August 4 by the Hampton Health District confirmed that micro organism ranges within the water exceeded the state water high quality normal.

Health district workers routinely monitor leisure waters for micro organism throughout the summer time swimming season. Signs are posted on the seashores alerting the general public of advisories.
