GTA 6 Trailer Coming to Netflix, YouTube Aug. 27

New footage of “Grand Theft Auto 6” will debut on Netflix and YouTube later this month.

Per a press launch from Rockstar Games issued Thursday, “Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look will premiere on Netflix Thursday, August 27 at 3 p.m. ET and will also launch on the official Rockstar Games YouTube channel and the Grand Theft Auto VI site at 9 p.m. ET on August 27.”

In its personal announcement, Netflix known as the “GTA 6” collab “a first-of-its-kind partnership to premiere an extended look at the next evolution in the groundbreaking Grand Theft Auto series, Grand Theft Auto VI.” 

The Rockstar Games-developed title has been within the making for 13 years. This “extended look” information comes after pre-orders opened for “GTA 6” in June with pricing set at $80 for the usual version of the sport.

Per the synopsis for “GTA 6”: “Vice City, USA. Jason and Lucia have always known the deck is stacked against them. But when an easy score goes wrong, they find themselves on the darkest side of the sunniest place in America, in the middle of a conspiracy stretching across the state of Leonida — forced to rely on each other more than ever if they want to make it out alive.”

On June 24, Take Two-Interactive-owned Rockstar Games revealed pricing for “GTA 6” can be $79.99 for the usual version, which might be bought as a digital or bodily (which features a code in a field reasonably than a disc) copy. The “ultimate” model will value $99.99 and embody “an exclusive collection of premium vehicles, weapons, apparel, and action threaded across all aspects” of the sport.

Rockstar has acknowledged the launch model of the sport consists of “a single-player experience set in the biggest, most immersive evolution of the series yet,” and has not talked about a multiplayer or on-line element.
