The Sr. Service Training Manager, Health Systems will architect and lead the nationwide coaching technique to drive industrial efficiency and repair excellence inside the Health Systems phase. Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of progressive expertise in industrial coaching, gross sales enablement, or organizational growth, with no less than 3 years in a strategic or management capability.

• Proven expertise designing and implementing enterprise-wide coaching methods which are aligned with enterprise objectives.

• Demonstrated skill to affect senior management and handle complicated, cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred Work Experience: 

• Experience within the healthcare, diagnostics, or medical machine business is strongly most well-liked; hospital laboratory/service expertise is a major plus.

BA/BS required
