Call for Entries : International Design Competition for the Redevelopment of the Hwamyeong Outdoor Swimming Pool

The competitors goals to create synergy with Busan’s waterfront redevelopment initiatives and remodel the prevailing summer-only facility right into a year-round family-oriented vacation spot, creating it as an eco-friendly waterfront leisure house.
Under the theme “Establishing a Spatial Service Model for a Year-Round Family Water Recreation (Swimming Pool) and Leisure Complex,” the competitors invitations design proposals that replicate the ecological, environmental, and cultural values of the ageing outside swimming pool situated inside Hwamyeong Ecological Park.
