CCS acknowledges occasions together with twin, tri, invitational, regional championships, and nationwide championship meets. Meets hosted by non-CCS groups can also be acknowledged. CCS groups in attendance of a meet hosted by a non-CCS workforce, together with NCAA varsity groups, USMS groups, or native occasion administrators, should act because the host by:
- Submitting the occasion to the calendar for approval.
- Obtaining the meet outcomes file.
- Editing/including the CCS swimmer ID to the outcomes file.
- Submitting the outcomes file to CCS inside seven (7) days of the conclusion of the meet to CCS.
Common Mistakes When Submitting an Event
- The occasion order should match precisely to HyTek or the meet software program.
- The course should be brief course yards.
- The variety of occasions entered should equal the variety of occasions created.
Common Mistakes When Submitting Results
- No swimmer IDs entered. The CCS ID (5 character numeric format) should be entered within the meet entry file and included within the export.
- Ensure names are appropriately spelled or most popular names are entered in a swimmers CCS profile. I.e. Johnathon vs John.
- Export a meet database backup, not simply the outcomes file.
- If any occasion order was modified in HyTek, it should be up to date to match precisely in your CCS president account.
