 Responsibilities: 

• Develop integrative well being programming and protocols to profit the AWARE Service Lines and their members to incorporate yoga, mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, self-care practices and well being and wellness
• Provide a minimal of 10 hours per week of member people/ group session to assigned caseload
• Travel to all AWARE areas on a constant foundation to supply integrative well being workshops/ periods to purchasers/ members.
• Provide consumption/ screening for brand spanking new referrals for enrollment into integrative well being providers
• Provide suggestions with measurable targets, goals, and interventions for the inclusion into the member therapy plan
• Document all results of member providers supplied in EHR in a well timed method
