Duke Nabs Illinois LSC Report Holder Teddy O’Donnell For Recruiting Class of 2027

Summer Juniors finalist and Illinois LSC document holder Teddy O’Donnell has verbally dedicated to Duke from the highschool class of 2027.

O’Donnell is from Wilmette, Illinois, the place he swims membership for NASA Wildcat Aquatics and is a senior at New Trier High School.

At the 2025 Summer Junior Nationals Championships, O’Donnell completed eleventh within the boys’ 50 fly, stopping the clock in 24.61. This swim was a brand new Illinois LSC document. He took two tenths off the 24.85 document set by Parker Nolan in 2019.

At the Illinois High School State Championships, he completed sixth within the 100 fly (48.80) and 14th within the 200 IM (1:51.90).
